Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled under following situations, by customer:

  • Order placed by mistake
  • Items in the Order are no longer needed

An order can be cancelled under following situations:

  • COD Order remains unconfirmed due to no response from customer during validation (before dispatch)
  • Items in an order have gone out of stock
  • Order seems fraudulent

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated. This is only because we may not have control over the logistics services at various checkpoints. Any order if dispatched, will be attempted to be delivered to customer (which customer can reject).

Every dispatched order, if rejected, results in RTO (Return to Origin), which is incurs a significant cost to us. We therefore encourage all customers to reject an order delivery with thoughtfulness.

Also, order cancellation requests must be placed within 24 hours of order placement.

Note:

  • Our order processing team takes off on Sunday (and National holidays).
  • There is no cancellation fee for all cancellations done within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Order cancellation does not apply to orders with express shipment request.

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days after inspection

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required
  • Full Unboxing video (uncut, unedited with original packaging) of the product is required

Note: Do not send products back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or similar media
  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 7 days (up to 30 days may be considered partially)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5–7 working days

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank for processing delays

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • If marked as a gift: you will receive store credit
  • If not marked as a gift: refund will be issued to original buyer

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be deducted from refund
  • Use trackable shipping for high-value items
